It features an elegant ruby red colour, is bright and partially dense, the scent is fine and seducing. The scent is dominated by a note of cinnamon, raspberry and wild strawberry. The taste is semi-sweet and elegant, while the aftertaste shows a ripe raspberry note.
The ideal serving temperature is 8-10 °C. It is recommended to serve it as a aperitive, chilled and without ice.
