Premium truffle gin is produced on a base of grain distillate and juniper berries picked in ecologically clean environment on the slopes of Ćićarija, originally macerated for three months and distilled three times with nine spices and white truffle from the heart of the Motovun forest.
Distinguished by a beautiful, clear color with a mild note of clay-colored element, white truffle gin is clear and dense, and releases a fine and pleasant aroma. The aroma is dominated by a hint of raspberry, followed then by hints of moss, wet sea stone, licorice and a hint of the white truffle. It tastes dry, fine, warm and elegant, with a lingering aftertaste of the licorice.
It is recommended to be served in combination with a tonic as an aperitif, but also with truffle dishes.
