Produced based on apple distillate by a semi-annual maceration of olives of the “bjelica” and “leccino” varieties and almonds. No additional colours and flavours.
It features a beautiful amber colour with copper hues, is bright and dense and has a pleasant and fine scent. The scent is dominated by a note of dry almonds, pineapple and wormwood. The taste is semi-sweet, partially warm and with an aftertaste dominated by the bitterness of the olive.
The ideal serving temperature is 8-10 °C. It is recommended to serve it as a aperitive, chilled and without ice.
