Distillate of semi-annually macerated wild fruit. Distilled twice and placed into barrique barrels to age for 3 years.
It features a beautiful golden yellow colour, is bright and dense and with a fine and very elegant and pleasant taste. The scent is dominated by a note of vanilla, ripe yellow pears, ripe cherries, carob and pears. The taste is dry, fine and warm, while the aftertaste carries a note of dry almonds.
The ideal serving temperature is 12-14 °C. It is recommended to serve it as a digestive, chilled and without ice. It pairs greatly with premium cigars.
